Even though I know commenting into past entries is probably bad form, this is where I am in your archive at this moment and I'm far too bursting with need to toss my two cents at you.
It sucked. It sucked my attention away from the clock ticking away when I sat down for supper at a fast food place and abused their free refill policy. It sucked my attention away from library books I checked out but put off because I just had to read Crick and Deacon and everyone in levee oaks one more time. It sucked away time I should have been sleeping because damn how can I go to sleep on that note? It sucked away my surity that surely, the thrd or fourth read through, I shouldn't cry for that scene.
So yes, in my experienc M. Lane, your work sucks… In all the very best ways.
